Auto-fill the input link field with an attempted go link

Steps to repro:

1. Go to go/non-existant-link

Expected Result:
2. Get redirected to the Create New page and see "non-existant-link" in the "input url" field

Actual Result:
2. Unceremoniously dumped to the Create New page without a wink or warning. :(
